jett jett

one thing that has been pretty awesome in the midst of all of our craziness this summer is that we have had a few chances to see daniel, julie, jenna and jett...they have come in town two times now, and even though we haven't gotten to spend very much time with them, it's still great to see them!!

i just have to say that i had a little connection moment with my nephew...the last time he was here, he was in Gee's arms and reached for me...i know you probably think that is really strange that that was a "connection moment", but that child is almost permanently affixed on either Gee or PawPaw's hip when he's in town {he and kk are at odds quite a bit about this, something they will have to work through in their relationship}, so this was a big deal.  and THEN he was in julie's arms and reached for me!!!...and then immediately went back to julie...but he did come to me...

i don't have any pictures of me with this sweet boy, but i wanted to share a few that i have of mr. jett jett...aka kk's future husband according to my girls, which is grossly funny...

this is pretty much the face i always get whenever jett is looking me in the face...i don't understand why...maybe he's just a deep thinker...

and that's the face that Gee or Pawpaw get...

wow, he is such a cute little man; isn't he?!  just wish i had more time to spend with that little dude!
