kolbie in her "big girl bed" makes me want to cry!
we never had to do this with any of the other girls, but on sunday we were trying to nap and heard some blood-curdling screaming going on and rushed into the den to find jenn holding kk telling us that she had fallen out {rather, jumped out} of her bed and had landed on her head. her head really bothered her the rest of the day, and it scared the mess out of me that she was hurting, but by monday morning she was fine.
all that to say, sunday night we got home from church and drew took off the front of her crib, and now my baby just seems...older. boo-hoo.
i'm thinking she is not going to handle change very well...she was super excited about her "big girl bed" until i turned out the lights and got down beside her bed to pray with her and tuck her in...at that point she started crying and said "i don't want to be a big girl"...to which i wanted to start crying and say "i don't want you to be a big girl, either...why did you have to skydive out of your bed?"...i hate my babies growing up...
can you tell she's not really sleeping? haha...and of course, this photo session wouldn't be complete if my older two had not crashed kk's pictures...
no more getting older! i'm so done with this post...
