miss lilbit

i cannot even believe this as i write it, but on september 21st, kk turned two.  i know i say it all the time, but time flies!!!!  i wish so badly that i could slow down time a little bit, or maybe add some more hours in the day.  i had to postpone kk's party because of amy's wedding and then disney world, so we didn't even have her birthday get-together until the first week of october.  this has probably been my most simple party to date...it was under $100, and was put together at about 4:30 on friday afternoon (the party was on saturday at 10 am)...i know that you could tell it by looking at it, but we are really trying to downsize on parties, and make them quick and easy {and, of course, cheap!}.

i went with an ice cream sundae party...all we had were cupcakes, ice cream, and toppings galore...

 

julie made the sisters a bunch of cute printables and gave them to us when she was in town, and i used one as part of the centerpiece on kk's table...

wow...doesn't that picture just make you wanna kiss those adorable cheeks?!?!  i LOVE that all of my kids are so expressive...every gift that miss lilbit opened was, like, the best.gift.ever...just check out these faces...

i could eat that child up...she oooh'd and aaah'd over every gift...and she was so excited about opening every gift...

she definitely didn't need any help blowing out her candles...

i just love my baby girl soooo much, and am so thankful for her and the fact that i get to be her mama!!!
