mini makeover

i have always wondered what kenzie's hair would look like without all the curls...don't get me wrong; i have never WISHED it was straight or anything; i just wondered would she look more like kylie?  would it be really long?  would it look lighter, darker?  today i got to see...

last night the girls spent the night with some friends from church...when i went to pick her up, i took one look at the kid in the back of the car and said, "where's kenz?"  she looks really different without all those curls!  i was informed that it took TWO straightenings to even get the straight they got (it still had some wave to it), one last night before she went to bed and then again today when she got up.  she, of course, looks adorable both ways, but i have to say at the end of the day, i'm glad God gave her that beautiful curly hair - it's what makes her so uniquely kenzie and such a beautiful twilight sparkle!!
